Dear sir,
I have transferred an amount of Rs 10000 on 03.12.2024 through upi fast mode in 1xbet. But even after 10 days still the amount has not been credited yet. I have talked to customer support and even sent them mails several times but still my issue has not been resolved till yet. Everytime they raise a new ticket and asking me to wait and nothing else.This is really frustrating as my payment got stuck, i have been patient since 10 days but still the issue has not been resolved.
Am attaching you the screenshot of the payment/transaction.
I urge you to kindly help me as my deposit got stuck and they are not resolving the issue.
