I am filing this complaint regarding a deposit of ₹23,000 that I made on 03 February 2026 at 19:27 IST through UPI to fund my 1xBet account.
Transaction Details:
- Mode: Paytm
- Amount: ₹23,000
- Date & Time: 03 Feb 2026, 19:27 IST
- Payment Method: UPI
- UTR Number: 640041811049
- Sender UPI ID: <removed>
- Receiver UPI ID: rajgurukashyap55555@idbi
The amount was debited from my bank account instantly, but it was not credited to my 1xBet account.
I raised a payment query (Query No: 12672841), which was later closed with a message stating that the amount would be refunded to my bank account within 14 days. However, as of today, I have not received the refund, nor has the amount been credited to my 1xBet account.
I have already contacted my bank, and they confirmed that:
- The transaction was 100% successful
- The receiver bank confirmed that the funds were credited to the recipient at the time of transaction
- Since the payment was completed but the service/product was not delivered, they advised me to file a cyber crime complaint if the issue is not resolved
Before taking any legal or cyber crime action, I am giving 1xBet an opportunity to resolve this matter.
I request that 1xBet:
1. Reopen my payment query immediately
2. Either credit ₹23,000 to my 1xBet account or refund it to my bank account without further delay
3. Provide a clear status update on the transaction
I am ready to provide my bank statement, transaction proof, and any additional documents required for verification.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
And your customer service is non existent only automated replies even from human agents it's the worst.

Can you please edit my first comment on this complaint where a value is mentioned for this line "- Sender UPI ID:" please remove as it's my account details and earlier i thought it would be only visible to 1xbet but I see it's public kind of breaches my privacy as anyone can know my name by that so please remove the upi ID from first comment.
And also close the complaint as resolved as I got refund thank you. But please edit before closing it.
