I made a deposit of Rs. 1000 on 1xBet on 30 July 2024 at 15:12. As per my communication with the 1xBet customer service team, the deposit gets credited within 3 hours. At the time of writing it has been over 32 hours and the deposit has not yet been credited. I have come to askgamblers as one of my past issue around 3 years old was resolved on this website. I have submitted the transaction document, along with the deposit confirmation with this complaint. I have redacted my name, but I have provided the unredacted version to the 1xbet customer support team on 3 separate occasions. I have been told that the matter has been sent to the specific department and is under review and have been assured that I will receive my deposit but I have not been told how long it will take to resolve the issue nor have I been told why the issue is there in the first place. As such I request the 1xbet team to resolve my issue at the earliest. Thank you for your cooperation.
