I am filing a complaint against 1xBet Casino regarding a missing deposit that has been delayed for over 11 days.
On February 06, 2026, at 09:55, I deposited 500 MAD via CIH BANK. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but has not been credited to my gaming balance.
I have already contacted 1xBet support, and a ticket was opened (Query No. 12789959) on 06/02/2026. The status is stuck on "In progress" with no resolution.

I want to inform you that Saturday 21 February, the query status changed to " Clarification Data ", they confirmed in their message that the funds from my request have been received. ( Screenshot attached )
I was instructed to create a new deposit request using the same payment method, but not to complete the payment. They also asked me to update the status of the appeal once this was done.
I followed their instructions exactly:
I created a new deposit request using the same payment method.
I did NOT complete the payment.
I updated the status of my appeal as requested.
However, my original deposit is still not credited to my account, and the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request that the casino clarify the current status of the transaction and proceed with resolving this matter as soon as possible.
