My deposit of 3000 MAD was deducted from my bank account but never credited to my gaming account. I have raised this issue with the casino support (Ticket ID: 10369383), but their response has been unacceptable.
The casino support is stalling and simply repeats the same generic, standard phrases every time I contact them. They are refusing to provide a clear or convincing explanation and are not offering any solution. I am getting nowhere with them directly.
