I made a deposit of 995 EGP on October 19, 2024, at 9:16 PM, but I didn’t receive the funds. Instead, I got a message saying the payment request was rejected. I contacted the email provided, explained everything, and attached all the necessary screenshots to prove my case. After waiting for their response, they told me there was a payment request for the same amount that was completed successfully.
However, I never received this payment. I sent them the rejection message I had received earlier and also shared my account deposit statement, but they keep repeating the same thing. This has been going on since October 19, 2024, and I still haven’t gotten my money.
I had almost given up on recovering it until I found AskGamblers, and I hope you can help me resolve this issue.
