I made a deposit of 5000 on 18 October 2024 using IMPS Bank Transfer option. It's been 35 days but I keep getting a standard response from 1x bet team that a specialist has been assigned to look into the matter. I have sent multiple emails and spoke to customer care but no one is bothered my payment.

Kindly close this thread. 1xbet Indian payment system is completely rigged especially IMPS and NEFT bank transfers. I lost my interst and tell them to close my account permanently. Bye.
