It's been 35 days but I keep getting a standard response from 1x bet team that a specialist has been assigned to look into the matter. I have sent multiple emails and spoke to customer care but no one is bothered my payment.

Hi, today once again i deposited 10000 using the same bank transfer method and this time i recorded the whole video transaction.
