Withdrawal pending for over a week no response from support
Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against 1Win Casino due to an unresolved withdrawal issue and a lack of communication from their support team.
I deposited funds into my 1Win account, played, and won a certain amount. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, the casino requested a video verification. I agreed and informed them that I would like to complete the verification in the Georgian language, as I currently live in Georgia. However, after that message, the casino stopped responding.
My withdrawal request has now been pending for more than a week. Despite several follow-up emails, I have received no reply or update from 1Win. The funds remain frozen in my account.
In addition, 1Win recently removed the cryptocurrency withdrawal option, leaving only bank card withdrawals available, which further limits my ability to access my funds.
At this point, 1Win Casino is holding my money without explanation or proper communication. I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue and to help ensure that my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.
