I am submitting this complaint regarding unresolved withdrawal issues with 1win.

I initiated withdrawal requests on 02 May 2026, and despite a significant amount of time having passed, I have still not received the funds in my bank account.

The related withdrawal requests include:
SPP-133230 --> 50000
SPP-133464 --> 49999

The withdrawals are marked as "successful" or "completed" on the platform and Telegram bot; however, no funds have been credited to my bank account.

I have fully cooperated with the verification process and have already provided all requested documents, including my latest bank statement, to confirm that the funds were not received.

My primary concern is that 1win has not provided any transaction evidence or payment details to support their claim that the withdrawals were successfully processed. I have repeatedly requested the following information:

Transaction date
Recipi­ent­/be­nef­iciary name
Transaction reference number or UTR/IMPS reference

Any payment confirmation details
Without these details, I am unable to verify the transaction with my bank or investigate the issue from my side.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue receiving generic responses without a clear explanation or documentary proof of payment. If the withdrawal was genuinely processed from the operator's side, these transaction details should be available and shared for verification.

I respectfully request assistance in mediating this matter and ask 1win to either:

Provide valid transaction proof and payment reference details for verification with my bank, or
Resolve the issue by ensuring the pending funds are properly credited.

I am prepared to provide screenshots, bank statements, email correspondence, and all relevant evidence supporting this complaint.

I understand the situation, but I would like to know how much longer this will take. It has now been 36 days, and I am still receiving the same response without any concrete update. This is extremely frustrating, as I have not received my funds even after more than a month.

I have already submitted all the required details, including my complete bank statement, yet there has been no resolution. A delay of 36 days is unacceptable. Could you please provide a clear status update and an expected timeline for resolving this issue?

After receiving the information from you, we created a new request regarding the 49999 transaction and are currently investigating it together with our payment partners. Right now, the team is working on the correct settlement of both transactions.

For your better understanding, I am sharing my complete bank statement covering the entire period. Please review it carefully and identify the entry where your claimed withdrawal was credited. If you find it, kindly point it out to me as well.

Furthermore, if you are fully confident that the withdrawal was successfully processed from the 1win side, then please provide the complete transaction details, including:

- Recipi­ent­/Be­nef­iciary Name
- Transaction Date and Time
- Transaction Reference Number (UTR)
- IMPS/NEFT/RTGS Transaction Details

Please do not provide generic responses. If your payment provider is confident that the transfer was completed, then obtaining and sharing these details should not be difficult.

Buenas noches, desde hace 6 días estoy intentando en hacer un retiro de S/302 soles de mi cuenta de 1win. Pasaron más 24 horas desde el primer intento, me comuniqué con los operadores y me indicaron que cancele y vuelva a intentar con otro medio. Use los 2 únicos medios de retiro y espere otras 24 horas y más y no hubo éxito.

Me comuniqué con el operador nuevamente el día de hoy 30 de abril, ya que realmente necesito el dinero y me indicaron que envíe un correo a [email protected]. Procedí a hacerlo junto a mis datos que son ID: 345447832 y posteriormente me indicaron que necesitaban confirmar mis datos y me enviaron un enlace. Hice el proceso correctamente de mi perfil, documento y facial y salió aprobado.

Luego procedí a ingresar mi cuenta, y sale como usuario bloqueado sin ningún previo aviso. Esto aparece mucho después de que mi cuenta fue verificada y aprobada, tengo captura de pantalla y además del correo por donde me enviaron el link de verificación. El mismo sistema de verificación dice "Verificación aprobada" Su verificación ha sido aprobada, ya está listo para continuar.

Acudo a ustedes para que el proceso de mi retiro se agilice, ya que ya va a pasar más de 1 semana. Y 1win no me ha enviado alguna notificación, información de lo sucedido y del porque no puedo acceder a mi cuenta.

Tengo un monto retenido que es necesario para mi día a día. Agradecería su pronto apoyo para obtener los mejores resultados y deseo saber un plazo exacto en el que mi retiro llegará a mi cuenta. Muchas gracias por su atención y tiempo.
