Withdrawal not received 1win PMNT2379227
On March 6, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of AMD 35,000 from my 1win account at 12:16 AM. After a few hours, the withdrawal status in my account was marked as “successful”, but I never received the funds.
I contacted 1win support, and they initially told me to wait 48 hours. When the payment did not arrive, I reached out again. They requested my card statement as proof that I had not received the funds, which I promptly provided.
They then assigned application number PMNT-2379227 and informed me that they had opened an inquiry with their payment provider, stating it would take 1 to 7 days to resolve. However, more than 7 days have now passed, and I have not received my withdrawal.
I have contacted support daily since the 7-day period ended, but I keep receiving the same response: that they are still waiting for the payment provider’s reply. They are not providing me with any further details, proof of their inquiry, or a clear timeline for resolution.
Request for Resolution:
1. I am requesting that 1win immediately process my withdrawal or provide concrete evidence that the funds were successfully sent.
2. If there is an issue with their payment provider, I demand full transparency regarding the status and timeline for resolution.
3. If the casino is unable to process my withdrawal, I ask for AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this issue.
