Hello. I made a withdrawal on 16th May 9:51 PM with a funding of 30,000 AMD
And haven't received it yet. Normal procedure of withdrawal as their support team says is 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no payment so I wrote them again. They've made an inquiry for my withdrawal with a request number PMNT-2915466 and it takes from 1 to 7 days. 7 days passed as well and I haven't got my funding yet. Please solve this issue asap. I also Attached my card statement that shows that I haven't got 30,000 AMD withdrawal payment.
