On 8th September 2025, I won 1 Bitcoin through the Daily Spin Wheel feature. Immediately after my win, I contacted the casino’s live chat support and also reached out via phone support. Both channels confirmed that the amount would be credited to my account within 24 hours.

However, it has now been more than 24 hours, and the funds have still not been credited to my wallet. I have made multiple attempts to follow up via chat, phone, and their official Telegram support, but I am being completely ignored. Hours of waiting result in no response, and my concerns are being neglected.

This delay and lack of communication are deeply concerning, especially considering the significant value of the winnings. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take it up with 1Win Casino on my behalf.

I expect this case to be treated with high priority, as I have provided clear evidence of my win and have received false assurances from their support team.

Immediately after winning, I contacted 1win’s live chat and phone support. Both agents confirmed my win and assured me that the amount would be credited to my account within 24 hours.

Evidence Provided:
I have already shared the required evidence (screenshots, chat confirmations) proving that my win was valid. At no point did I submit any “Photoshopped” or manipulated screenshots, and 1win has provided no proof to support such an allegation.

Lack of Transparency:
Instead of processing my payment as promised, 1win has now introduced a completely new and unsupported narrative. This behavior clearly indicates they are trying to avoid paying my winnings without presenting any credible evidence.

Buenas noches, desde hace 6 días estoy intentando en hacer un retiro de S/302 soles de mi cuenta de 1win. Pasaron más 24 horas desde el primer intento, me comuniqué con los operadores y me indicaron que cancele y vuelva a intentar con otro medio. Use los 2 únicos medios de retiro y espere otras 24 horas y más y no hubo éxito.

Me comuniqué con el operador nuevamente el día de hoy 30 de abril, ya que realmente necesito el dinero y me indicaron que envíe un correo a [email protected]. Procedí a hacerlo junto a mis datos que son ID: 345447832 y posteriormente me indicaron que necesitaban confirmar mis datos y me enviaron un enlace. Hice el proceso correctamente de mi perfil, documento y facial y salió aprobado.

Luego procedí a ingresar mi cuenta, y sale como usuario bloqueado sin ningún previo aviso. Esto aparece mucho después de que mi cuenta fue verificada y aprobada, tengo captura de pantalla y además del correo por donde me enviaron el link de verificación. El mismo sistema de verificación dice "Verificación aprobada" Su verificación ha sido aprobada, ya está listo para continuar.

Acudo a ustedes para que el proceso de mi retiro se agilice, ya que ya va a pasar más de 1 semana. Y 1win no me ha enviado alguna notificación, información de lo sucedido y del porque no puedo acceder a mi cuenta.

Tengo un monto retenido que es necesario para mi día a día. Agradecería su pronto apoyo para obtener los mejores resultados y deseo saber un plazo exacto en el que mi retiro llegará a mi cuenta. Muchas gracias por su atención y tiempo.
