I have two withdrawal requests pending:
- ₹5500
- ₹1500
Initially, my account was fully verified, but 1win placed a verification hold on my withdrawals. Following their instructions, I submitted the requested documents via the verification link they provided (KYCAID). My verification is now approved, as confirmed in my account.
Despite this, my withdrawals remain pending, and I have received no clear response from their support team regarding the processing timeline.
I request AskGamblers’ assistance in escalating this issue and ensuring that my pending withdrawals are processed promptly.
