Multiple deposits not credited for several days. No proper response from support

I am submitting a formal complaint against 1win due to unacceptable delays in processing multiple deposits that were successfully debited from my bank account but have not been credited to my gaming account.
Deposit details:
- 600 DZD on 20.03.2026 (about 7 days ago)
- 950 DZD on 21.03.2026 (about 6 days ago)
- 74000 DZD on 22.03.2026 (about 5 days ago)
I have contacted support several times and opened multiple tickets, but the responses were mostly automated and no clear solution or final processing timeframe was provided.
I have PDF proof confirming the funds were deducted from my account.
I kindly request AskGamblers to urgently intervene and require 1win to either credit the deposits immediately or refund the full amounts.

Hello askgamblers, I received my deposit of 74,000, but unfortunately, after placing bets and attempting to withdraw, my withdrawal attempts were rejected 9 times without any explanation. When I contacted them, no explanation was provided. I urge you to intervene and resolve this issue, as I am truly frustrated with the negligence of the 1win platform. I want to withdraw my funds immediately to my account, please, without complications or any cancellations without a clear reason. Currently, I have one more transaction that I haven't received, and I am still waiting.
