Missing withdrawal of 150000 INR from 5th May

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this official complaint against 1win Casino regarding a severe issue with my withdrawals that has been unresolved for 14 days now. My Casino Game ID is 89143386.
On 5th May 2026, I requested FIVE separate withdrawals of 50,000 INR each, totaling 2,50,000 INR. On the 1win platform, the transaction history shows the status of all FIVE transactions as "Successful."
However, this data is completely fabricated. Upon cross-checking my official State Bank of India (SBI) account statement, ONLY TWO transactions of 50,000 INR each were actually credited to my account (one from a gateway remitter named 'Prince' and another from 'Amichand'). The remaining THREE transactions, totaling 1,50,000 INR, are completely missing and have never been received by my bank.
For the last two weeks, I have been constantly contacting 1win VIP support. Instead of resolving the issue, the agents (including Agent Rohan) keep running away by closing the chat sessions abruptly. They repeatedly copy-paste scripted robotic answers asking me to provide a "bank rejection response regarding the UTR."
The catch is: 1win refuses to provide me the 12-digit UTR/RRN numbers for the three missing transactions! My bank cannot track any inbound payment or issue a written statement without a UTR number. 1win only shared one single UPI ID for a transaction that I already received, using it to pretend they solved the case.
I have already submitted a complaint on Casino Guru which is currently pending approval, and I am escalating this here because 1win is clearly running a payment gateway scam by showing fake success statuses on their dashboard.
I am attaching my 1win withdrawal history showing the 5 successful statuses and my official bank statement showing only 2 credits. I request AskGamblers to mediate and force 1win to either credit the 1,50,000 INR back to my casino wallet or provide valid 12-digit UTR numbers for the three missing batches immediately.

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by the continuous lack of transparency from 1win Casino. I have now provided every possible piece of evidence required to solve this case: my password-protected bank statement, official SBI internal portal tracking logs, and clear video proofs. Despite my absolute compliance, 1win continues to use stall tactics just to extend timers and delay the process. It is now evident that their customer support system is highly inefficient

I want to be very clear to the 1win representative: Do not treat me like an ordinary player whom you can ignore or mislead without consequences. I have documented every single detail of this dispute. If my pending 150,000 INR is not credited immediately, I will be forced to officially escalate this matter to your licensing authority, gaming commissions, and expose this predatory experience on every major global gambling review platform and forum.

You are wasting my time, but more importantly, you are damaging your own brand value and reputation on public platforms. If your gateway actually processed this payment, upload the official platform-generated PDF success receipt right here on this public thread. Otherwise, admit the failure of your UTR and release my funds immediately

As requested by the 1win representative to move the verification to email, I have IMMEDIATELY complied. I have just sent a comprehensive email to [email protected] containing all official internal portal tracking logs from the State Bank of India (SBI) regarding Case ID: 1011090139 and UTR 745976627680, along with my password-protected statement details.

I am attaching the screenshot of my sent email here on this public thread as absolute proof of my compliance and transparency.
To reiterate for the Admin's visibility: The official bank dispute system log clearly reviewed their provided UTR and closed it with a generic automated remark 'Request you to try now' with 'List of Documents' marked as 'NA' (Not Available). This technically confirms that the banking network holds no record of any incoming credit for this transaction.
Since I have promptly fulfilled the casino's request on email,

I strictly request the 1win team to stop using stall tactics over the next 95 hours. They must now review the sent logs and upload an official platform-generated PDF success receipt right here on this public thread, or release my pending 150,000 INR immediately."

Buenas noches, desde hace 6 días estoy intentando en hacer un retiro de S/302 soles de mi cuenta de 1win. Pasaron más 24 horas desde el primer intento, me comuniqué con los operadores y me indicaron que cancele y vuelva a intentar con otro medio. Use los 2 únicos medios de retiro y espere otras 24 horas y más y no hubo éxito.

Me comuniqué con el operador nuevamente el día de hoy 30 de abril, ya que realmente necesito el dinero y me indicaron que envíe un correo a [email protected]. Procedí a hacerlo junto a mis datos que son ID: 345447832 y posteriormente me indicaron que necesitaban confirmar mis datos y me enviaron un enlace. Hice el proceso correctamente de mi perfil, documento y facial y salió aprobado.

Luego procedí a ingresar mi cuenta, y sale como usuario bloqueado sin ningún previo aviso. Esto aparece mucho después de que mi cuenta fue verificada y aprobada, tengo captura de pantalla y además del correo por donde me enviaron el link de verificación. El mismo sistema de verificación dice "Verificación aprobada" Su verificación ha sido aprobada, ya está listo para continuar.

Acudo a ustedes para que el proceso de mi retiro se agilice, ya que ya va a pasar más de 1 semana. Y 1win no me ha enviado alguna notificación, información de lo sucedido y del porque no puedo acceder a mi cuenta.

Tengo un monto retenido que es necesario para mi día a día. Agradecería su pronto apoyo para obtener los mejores resultados y deseo saber un plazo exacto en el que mi retiro llegará a mi cuenta. Muchas gracias por su atención y tiempo.
