I made a deposit of 34,000 INR on 14th October 2024 onto 1win.
After it wasn’t credited for a day, I was asked to wait for 7 days while their payment team was looking into it.
After the 7 days were completed, I kept getting the same copy-pasted text from their support team that their payment provider is looking into it and they will issue a refund for the same.
I kept getting deadlines of 28 days thereafter and never received the refund or the deposit.
I finally had to write this complaint in hopes of retrieving the money either into my 1win wallet or into my bank account.
I am attaching the screenshot payment alongside the complaint that contains the UTR.
