I am filing a complaint against 1win regarding both a missing deposit and a delayed withdrawal.

Status shown by 1win: “Completed successfully”
Problem: The money was never credited to my account despite the transaction being marked as completed.
Delay: 20 days.
I already contacted support multiple times and provided:
* payment receipts
* bank/payment confirmations
* account statements
* screenshots
Despite this, I only receive repetitive responses and no real resolution.
I request:
1. Immediate credit of the missing deposit.
2. Immediate processing and payment of the withdrawal.
3. A clear explanation for these

While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
We checked the information and reviewed the receipt attached to your complaint. The deposit shown on this receipt was successfully credited.
Regarding request SPP-133725, the payment unfortunately was not received by the payment provider, so this deposit cannot be credited on our side. At the moment, this is the final status of the investigation based on the available transaction data.
