Deposit Not Credit Over 2 weeks already and no solution at all
I made a deposit to one-win casino over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been credited to my account. After contacting their support multiple times, they finally gave me an incident number: PMNT - 3145416. Ever since then, they’ve been giving me the same vague response — that I just need to keep waiting because they’re supposedly waiting for the payment provider to respond.
I already gave them all the proof showing that the money was withdrawn from my bank and successfully deposited into their account. So honestly, I don’t understand what’s taking so long. It’s a casino — crediting a deposit shouldn’t be this complicated.
I’m not saying they’re outright trying to take my money, but this kind of delay is frustrating and makes me question how things would go if it were a larger amount. I’ve used other casinos and never had to deal with anything like this. What’s even more disappointing is that support just repeats the same answer and says there’s nothing they can do.
I’m filing this complaint because I’ve run out of options, and I don’t know what else to do. Hopefully someone here can help get this sorted.
