I requested a withdrawal on April 12th.
The status on 1win is "Successful," but the funds never reached my wallet.
It has been over 20 days.
I contacted support (Ticket: PMNT-4722828), and they keep telling me to wait for the "provider." When I asked for the Batch ID or Proof of Payment, they refused, calling it "confidential information."
I am requesting 1win to provide proof of payment or return the funds to my balance
