On 10 Dec 2024 I did a withdrawal of R1000 and again another one of R400. Then on the 11 Dec I did another one of R3700 but none of these withdrawals were paid into my bank. I did submit an enquiry but had no luck even through my VIP manager. I submitted the bank statements to prove that no money was deposited. My 1 Win ID 92225204.
Now it's almost 2 months but no money and even my VIP manager is not assisting and all he does is keep on promising everyday but not delivering. The total amount they owe me is R5100.
1 Win app is useless and sends many complains but I get the same response all the time. May you Gambles please assist me with this 1 Win because I lost hope now.

One of the three withdrawal operations was canceled by the payment system and the funds were returned to your account on March 14. After that, you made repeated withdrawal attempts and the funds were credited to your account.
