4 days pending withdrawal

Hello,
​I am writing to launch a formal public complaint against 1win regarding a fraudulent delay in my funds. On 1st June 2026, I initiated a legitimate withdrawal request of PKR 10,700 from my 1win account.
​Ever since I placed the request, the withdrawal status has been stuck on "Pending" continuously. According to 1win's standard terms, local payment system delays should not exceed 24-48 hours. It has now been over 3 days, and my funds have not been credited to my local account.
​Furthermore, when I try to reach out via the in-app live chat support, the chat screen keeps loading indefinitely or automatically closes, completely blocking me from contacting a human support agent. I have also officially emailed my dispute and full transaction receipts to their security department (Ticke­t/R­efe­ren­ce:SPP- 441736. ID : 365667952 but I have received zero response.
​I have 100% genuine and verified digital proof of this transaction, including the 10-digit tracking numbers and specific gateway details. 1win has no legal right to freeze my hard-earned money.
​I request the 1win team on this platform to immediately audit my account, unblock my support communication channel, and clear my pending withdrawal.

It has now been over 24 hours since 1win Support stated that their specialists are actively handling the transaction. However, my withdrawal of PKR 10,700 (Reference ID: 365667952) is still showing as "Pending" on the platform, and no funds have been credited to my wallet.
​Since this delay has now dragged on for over a week (since June 1st), I request the Ask Gamblers team to please push the casino for a concrete timeline or proof of payment. I am actively monitoring my account and will update as soon as any change occurs.

Buenas noches, desde hace 6 días estoy intentando en hacer un retiro de S/302 soles de mi cuenta de 1win. Pasaron más 24 horas desde el primer intento, me comuniqué con los operadores y me indicaron que cancele y vuelva a intentar con otro medio. Use los 2 únicos medios de retiro y espere otras 24 horas y más y no hubo éxito.

Me comuniqué con el operador nuevamente el día de hoy 30 de abril, ya que realmente necesito el dinero y me indicaron que envíe un correo a [email protected]. Procedí a hacerlo junto a mis datos que son ID: 345447832 y posteriormente me indicaron que necesitaban confirmar mis datos y me enviaron un enlace. Hice el proceso correctamente de mi perfil, documento y facial y salió aprobado.

Luego procedí a ingresar mi cuenta, y sale como usuario bloqueado sin ningún previo aviso. Esto aparece mucho después de que mi cuenta fue verificada y aprobada, tengo captura de pantalla y además del correo por donde me enviaron el link de verificación. El mismo sistema de verificación dice "Verificación aprobada" Su verificación ha sido aprobada, ya está listo para continuar.

Acudo a ustedes para que el proceso de mi retiro se agilice, ya que ya va a pasar más de 1 semana. Y 1win no me ha enviado alguna notificación, información de lo sucedido y del porque no puedo acceder a mi cuenta.

Tengo un monto retenido que es necesario para mi día a día. Agradecería su pronto apoyo para obtener los mejores resultados y deseo saber un plazo exacto en el que mi retiro llegará a mi cuenta. Muchas gracias por su atención y tiempo.
