Not processing payment

I want to file a complaint against Ybets.net due to their refusal to process my withdrawals for more than a week.
On Sunday, November 30, I won €15,700. The same day I submitted my withdrawal requests. The casino states that their daily withdrawal limit is $1,000 (about €860), which I fully understand and accept.
However, during the first two days I received only €1,650 total. After that, the payouts stopped completely.
Right now:
• 3 withdrawals have been pending for 7 days
• 1 previous withdrawal was cancelled by the casino without explanation
• No withdrawals have been processed since the first two days
• Support keeps telling me only “wait,” with no real explanation
My account has been active for a long time, and I have withdrawn money before without any issues. They never requested any verification or additional documents.
