KYC verification runs over 3 weeks

I have been trying to withdraw money from this casino since February 8, 2026. Unfortunately, this has not been possible so far because the casino does not want to complete the KYC procedure.
I was asked to upload a picture of my ID, a selfie with my ID in my hand, and proof of address. After I uploaded all the documents, nothing happened for several days. Then I received a message saying that the documents had been rejected. No reason was given, nor was it specified which document had been rejected.
It then said that I should upload a picture of my ID and a utility bill. I did this, again nothing happened for several days, and then it was rejected again for no reason. When it was rejected again on the third attempt, I contacted support. They suddenly told me to upload a selfie. Although I had already done this at the very beginning, I uploaded another one. Again, nothing happened for several days, then it was rejected for no reason and it said again that I should upload a photo of my ID and a utility bill. I wrote to support again, and they said the selfie was too blurry, even though it is a sharp selfie. So I uploaded another selfie and it was rejected again.
I have the feeling that the casino is doing this on purpose. They also take days to respond and never give a reason unless you ask.
Unfortunately, I'm not getting anywhere here and would appreciate your assistance.
