Hello,
I have been waiting 10 days for the money and 8 days for verification. In these more than 3 days, they are checking only my proof of address...
I added screens from my profile, transactions, verify site, and from yesterday's conversation with support.
They answered me the same couple of times.
I added a screenshot, which I sent them to verify my address, so you know there is the same data that I registered in this casino.
Please help,
