Casino Adrenaline - Winnings confiscated without proper justification
I would like to make a complaint and seek assistance regarding casino adrenaline.
On the 17th feb 2017 I deposited money onto my account and won €4000, I went to withdraw my winnings but couldn't take it out in 1 withdrawal. After speaking with support they suggested I try withdrawing in small amounts and a different method such as wire transfer
Once I managed to withdraw the money in 4 seperate amounts of €1000 , I was asked to send my personal details through for the verification process. This included my bank card back and front ensuring I have the cvv and 8 digits and signed on the back.
I then received emails confirming my requests are denied and to contact support to find out why, so I did.
I was told I placed bets that breach the t&c and my winnings were taken off me. I have debated this with them as there t&c also state that if your account goes below €5 then your considered as meeting the wagering requirements which was the case. It also states all free spins do not apply to this rule.
The casino has still not answered my questions I have regarding their rules and proof.
The following day I tried to log on again to find that they locked me out of my account. I contacted them by email but they denied closing the account.
I requested a copy of my gaming history but was denied with the following response
"Please be kindly informed as per your request it is not possible to send a complete playing/betting history as per sensitive information, Marisa.
Our Finances Team has double checked everything carefully and they have found you have breached our Terms and Conditions."
I have read previous complaints about this casino where players have been provided with their history so why is my request any different? am I expected to trust the casino are providing me with correct information yet refuse to provide me with my gaming history. Yet it's ok for them to request all my sensitive banking information when there was no intention of paying my winnings.
As a consumer I would like to make a complaint also on this casinos unfair terms and conditions. They are created to ensure financial interest to the business only
This casino contradicts everything it portrays to be. They claim "every player is guaranteed a 5 star experience" yet I have received poor customer service I would like my winnings that I'm entitled too. I signed up to this Casino based on the information on their site and I have not received the level of service that I agreed too when signing up.
I feel like I have been robbed and being patronised. I would hate to know how many people they get away with doing this too. I would appreciate some advise or help on how to take this matter further
