Casino Adrenaline - Verification pending for over 2 weeks and withdrawal cancelled

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Casino Adrenaline.
On 21 April 2026 my withdrawal was cancelled and I was informed that account verification was required before any withdrawal could be processed.
I uploaded all requested verification documents, including:
ID document
Selfie holding ID
Proof of address
After uploading the documents, I contacted support several times to ask about the progress of verification.
On 27 April 2026 support informed me that verification normally takes 3–5 working days. However, the verification has now been pending for significantly longer than that.
I have followed up multiple times in a polite manner, but I have only received generic replies stating that the banking department is reviewing the documents. No specific issue with my documents has been mentioned, and I have not been informed that anything is missing or rejected.
At the moment:
my account verification still shows as pending,
my withdrawal remains unresolved,
and no estimated completion time has been provided.
I am therefore asking AskGamblers to assist in clarifying the status of my verification and withdrawal, and to help ensure the process is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
