In the middle of november I have made a deposit at wills casino and won 4000 euros in slots. My winnings were canceled and only deposit was left. The reason for the cancellation was the following : "Dear player, your withdrawals were canceled because you left paused plays. When the FS came out, you accumulated them and later, played them. This practice is not allowed at this site. " I was sent screenshots that I left the slots during the spin. This breach was highlighted in red by casino support. If you carefully examine the time that spin were supposedly paused, it can be seen that the pause did not exceed 1 second. All of the timeframes of my spins can be seen on the screenshots were sent to me by wills casino support. I am being accused that I paused my spins for less than 1 second - it is absurd. There is a mistake in my playing history. Maybe when I played netent and quickspin slots they had some sorts of technical errors during playing round or some other sorts of mistakes in the program. I wrote all of these explanations in casino support and did not receive any replies to my e-mails
I attached all of the screenshots with will`s casino support to this complaint. Dear AskGamblers please help me to solve this issue.
