VulkanVegas Casino - The casino blocked the account and accused me wrong
The casino blocked my account because I play from Austria. That's not true, I've never been to Austria. Online support is not responding.

I live in the Czech Republic, I work in Germany. I played only in the city of Staufenberg (Lower Saxony). Unfortunately I don't have the IP address, it was at the hotel.
And then a second time at home in the city of Plesna (my IP address < IP address removed >).
I won a sum of 600 euros. I provided all the necessary documents when trying to verify the account. The account was not verified but immediately blocked.
Can you help me solve this problem? Thanks
