I asked 4-5 days ago (14-15.10) in VulkanVegas live chat to close my account because I have lost a lot and I have a problem.
They didn't close the account.
There's no self exclusion option in the account settings.
Then I emailed them, but still my account was not closed.
At the same time, I lost another 2598 euros.
Today I asked again in the chat why they don't close my account.
And I asked to send the chat history, but they are not willing to do that.
Today when I asked for a refund they finally closed my account, but I need my 2500€ back.
