Not explaining why the payment is being delayed since October 26th
I deposited at viggoslots (30 usd) and had winnings (30 usd) and then the payment has been pending since October 26th.
When you talk to support they say that the payment is under analysis by the finance department, but it has been 2 weeks and no one says anything else. They say they will update by email, but they never say anything or say why this delay.
