Failed payment still missing after a month of waiting
Dear AskGamblers. I would really appreciate your help on this matter. I made a withdrawal from Viggoslots for $1400.11 via Interac which was processed on Nov 11th 2021. I received the usual email from Gigadat on 12th saying the funds would be in my bank in 1-3 business days, It is normally a day after this I would get the funds. I do sometimes get funds on a Saturday but I waited until Monday. There was nothing. I then had another withdrawal which was processed on 13th. This arrived at my bank on 15th but still no $1400.11. I contacted Viggoslots who advised me to wait but I informed them that the funds should be in my bank and I would contact my bank and gigadat to see if there were any issues. I did this and my bank told me it failed and was sent back to gigadat. I contacted Gigadat who confirmed there was a technical issue and the funds were returned to the merchant. I contacted viggoslots with this info. Gigadat also supplied me with the transaction ID to pass on to Viggoslots to speed things up. I passed this info on. This was all done on 17th Nov. Since then I have had little contact from viggoslots. I have contacted them via email and live chat and keep getting the same thing. We are looking into it or I will pass it on and make it priority. It has almost been 1 month. Please resolve this Viggoslots instead of this long unnecessary delay. You have the transaction ID directly from Gigadat which should have made things straight forward, You have my bank statement showing the funds did not arrive. This should not be taking so long.
