Delaying Payment
Its now been 9 days since my initial withdraw request for AUD 1500. After waiting the initial 48 hours pending time, they sent an email requesting further documentation which I provided straight away. Then after another 48 hours they thanked me and advised to "standby for further contact regarding your withdrawal" but 5 days later I have heard nothing from them! They do not reply to any emails I've sent, and their chat desk just continue to say that withdraws will be processed in order they are received. I've played at this casino a long time and this is only the second time I've requested a withdraw. On the first occasion it also was a lengthy process, as they seems to have problems processing payments to NZ bank accounts. Unfortunately it seems delaying payment seems to be pretty standard procedure with Viggo Slots.
