I have been waiting for 10 days now for my payment of 1300euro.
I have emailed support.
First reply was - we need your full name, date of birth and email - this was sent with transaction details etc.
Second reply - it takes 1-5 days if bank transfer.
So bases on this reply it is already 5 days delayed.
My other withdrawals approved after this have already come through after 5 days.
So this must have been forgotten.

the transaction did failed again.
In details it was denied by bank. Most probably it was due to limits on player’s card\bank due to too high amount.
1300 Euros has been recredited again and new withdrawal request has been made by the player and approved on 16/04.
Funds could take up to 5 working day before to reach player's account. In these 5 days are non included weekends and public holidays.
We kindly ask the player to update us and let us know if he did received the funds.
