I made a withdrawal on 20/10/2018, after supplying all my documents including holding my I.D next to my face, I have been fully verified, however Im still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. Delaying my withdrawal this long is totally unacceptable, and there is no need to as I am fully verified with up to date documents.
