Taking its sweet time to verify my account

Hi im having terrible trouble getting Treasure Spins to hurry up and verify my account and send me my winnings. They originally verified me within a couple of days but than a day later my withdrawl was cancelled and i had to verify myself again as an additional security measure Treasure Spinsasked me to upload a selfie with my ID and to than upload it so I quickly uploaded the extra requested selfie and ID document and still to this day I am waiting.

And they have given me an indefinite waiting time period as to how long it might take to verify my account AND send me my winnings. Ive also been trying to withdraw the winnings in my account but its still just sitting there indefinitely at the moment.

Absolutely poor experience trying to simply verify and leave. All they keep doing is asking for patienfe and more patience. Been waiting a whole month! Get this fixed and sorted ASAP plz guys cmon!

They now are once again asking me for a bank statement again when that is already something i have already provided when i originally attempted to verify myself which was when i first put in my withdrawal request its now been over a month. But once again i have provided what was requested for the third time. Would be great if some day they actually process my withdrawal instead of asking me for the same things that ive already provided but yet again i have also supplied another bank statement in hopes that the Treasure Spins Casino actually respond and actually process my withdrawal request.

Hi AskGamblers the total disputed amount of the payment is $700. Its been well over a month that ive been waiting for them to verify my account before they will proceed with letting me withdraw my winnings but im stuck waiting for an indefinite amount of time for them to verify my account after i was told originally it was verified but than they requested a selfie with ID i supplied this promptly only for little no response apart from mainly generic responses so hopefully TreasureSpins Casino respond at the very least and finally some sort of effort is made on their behalf to get this resolved.
