Verification issue Talismania
I have not been able to withdraw money for more than 2 months. I have a verification pending (casino does not want to accept my CC\Jeton history). Gives false reasons (provide incoming and outgoing payments, which I did) for no reason at all. I have spent hours trying to find out the reason from a chat agent but they always refer to some mystique email support that does not answer my questions. They owe me 6000PLN (around 1500 EUR). Latest trick is a sudden shift change of an agent (which happened more than once) and forcing a log out on me. Please let me know if you need more information, thank you.
