Unprocessed 2 Withdrawals

I am submitting my complaint again after several rejections from your side, as my previous submissions were apparently incomplete. I hope this version meets your expectations. If not, I would appreciate it if you could let me know what is wrong.

On August 5th and 6th, I made two withdrawals of €500 each on the Talismania casino. The withdrawals were spaced a day apart because €500 is the maximum withdrawal amount allowed per day on the casino. After these transactions, I waited a long time, but nothing happened. The casino did not meet its promised withdrawal processing time, which, according to them, takes three days. My withdrawal is still stuck at stage 2, "Under Verification," even though the Verification tab states that my account does not require any further verification.

Additionally, my withdrawals were canceled without any reason, probably to make me lose patience and play my money back, but that will not happen. I, of course, contacted all available customer service channels via chat and email several times, but they only repeated the same incorrect information and kept me going in circles.

I would like to finally get my money.
