Stalling or refusing withdrawal
Ive requested withdrawal on saturday (04.05.2024) and after 5 days of waiting on wednesday evening (08.05.2024) out of nowhere they cancelled my withdrawal. I jumped into chat and asked the reason because they didnt provide one. First they said it was because my kyc/verification (which I completed on Tuesday or Monday I think) and after that they said it was payment provider issue. The guy said they understand my frustration and will process my withdrawal first priority but after i asked the support why my withdrawal still hasn't processed after 4 days (they promise 1-3 days on their site) the support said i cancelled my withdrawal myself so the timer has reset and it will take 3-5 days to process (which is weird because first it was stated 1-3 days on their Q&A). The support guy on chat was very rude and just disconnected the chat after a while. I do not know what else i can do at this point rather than do this complaint. Please help me.
