On 29th of June I deposit around 20 Euros via Bitcoin. First the support said it needed 7 Confirmations till the deposit is credited so I went to bed and on the next day it still wasn´t credited after that I contacted the support with screenshots and everything but they still refuse to credit the deposit and lying that I only made one deposit with CC.
On the screenshots you can see clearly the BTC adress and my Transaction to the BTC adress.

Moreover, you were credited and withdrawn this amount as compensation, All evidence will be submitting to the community for fake complaint.
Kindly confirm you have received the compensation so the administration can close the case.
