Syndicate Casino - Bitcoin deposit still not credited

On 29th of June I deposit around 20 Euros via Bitcoin. First the support said it needed 7 Confirmations till the deposit is credited so I went to bed and on the next day it still wasn´t credited after that I contacted the support with screenshots and everything but they still refuse to credit the deposit and lying that I only made one deposit with CC.
On the screenshots you can see clearly the BTC adress and my Transaction to the BTC adress.

Acusações injustificadas, reembolso recusado

Tenho conta aberta no Casino Syndicate á vários meses e fiz muitos depósitos neste casino. A minha conta foi verificada a 100% e ontem depositei 50€. Finalmente tive a sorte de ganhar algo, não muito e quando solicitei o levantamento por Skrill, recebo hoje um email do casino a informar que o levantamento foi recusado e quando tentei entrar na minha conta, encontra-se bloqueada. Foi ao chat perguntar o que se passa e indicaram-me que fecharam a conta por ter mais que uma conta, o que é mentira. tenho unicamente uma conta aberta neste casino. Enquanto andei a depositar centenas de euros, nunca houve problema, no dia em que consegui pedir um levantamento, fecharam-me a conta e roubaram o dinheiro que depositei e ganhei legitimamente. Este tipo de ação é vergonhosa e único nome que se pode dar é roubar jogadores. Não quero mais nada com este casino, apenas quero que me depositem o meu dinheiro. Obrigado,

Syndicate Casino - My bank statement was rejected without giving reasons

I've been trying to verify my account since the end of February without success. According to the casino's rules, bank statements from the last 90 days are permitted to verify the address. I sent such a document. It was rejected without giving reasons. The same document was accepted by all casinos I played at, including dama nv group casinos. I then sent 3 emails asking me to explain the reasons for the rejection, but received no response. I'm now looking forward to the casino's response to this complaint.

Syndicate Casino - My withdrawal of 2100 Eur is pending since Friday

I requested a withdrawal on the 10/11/23 and have not received my withdrawal of 2100.

I have been on there on line chat and all I keep getting is it takes 24 hours. It's now 5 days and I still have not received my withdrawal.

I have mailed them so many times and keep been told the same thing and that there is a high load of withdrawal at present

Syndicate Casino - Verification too long

Hi , I don't like to make complaints but my verification to that casino takes a long time. I sent all my documents from 12 / 10 and most of them still pending. Only my ID decline and they sent me email. I sent them again my ID and get accepted. The rest still pending. I don't have any problem with casino but I worry about this. If 1 document is declined, why should I have to wait another 5 days ? Thanks

Syndicate Casino - Cashout problem

Hi;

I made a withdrawal with bitcoin on 12 January, and they said to me it takes 5 banking days.

And today 21 January there is no action. I contact customer support several times but no specific answer about it.

They just say wait. Yes, I've waited for 9 days.

My account is fully verified, and deposit with bitcoin and cashout with bitcoin too.

It's only 100 euros, why it takes too long?

I hope it s gonna be faster solution after they read this.

Syndicate Casino - Delaying Payment and removing skrill

I have a fully verified account with Syndicate casino and I am having issues withdrawing my funds.

I deposited with Skrill and withdrew using the same method. I was then asked for verification of my Skrill account which I uploaded - I then went to make the withdrawal again and Skrill had vanished from the options. Chat could not tell me why.

I have previously used card to deposit so I withdrew my money via card and they have declined it. I have been on chat and emailed them but they cannot give me a reason as to why and they are now ignoring me.

This is for a very small amount of money. I do not know why they allowed me to use Skrill to withdraw once and then deleted that option, I was under the impression they were meant to offer the same deposit and withdrawal method to avoid money laundering.

Syndicate Casino - Not willing to help accordingly with missing deposit

I deposited $100 via Neosurf 48 hours ago. I have sent screenshots of the voucher that I used and also the proof from Neosurf that the money went into Syndicates account. The funds have not been deposited to my account as yet.. I have told Syndicate how to contact Neosurf to get the proof of deposit but they are not interested and tell me that they are investigating the matter. It is not good enough to just keep customers waiting this long. If I can contact Neosurf and find out who the money was paid to then so can Syndicate! Bad customer relations.

Syndicate Casino - Troubles requesting a withdrawal

I have attempted to withdraw from syndicate casino 4 times now to skrill. Each time my withdrawal is cancelled. I am fully verified.

When I seek help on chat or email they seem to think I am attempting to withdraw via bank transfer but I am not (see screengrabs attached).

I am at a stalemate now. I deposited with skrill and wish to withdraw with skrill and the email does not seem to accept I have never attempted to use a bank transfer? So they advice they are giving me is not relevant and I am currently stuck in this endless loop with the casino where they are giving me irrelevant information.

Please can askgamblers help mediate this so we can get this issue resolved.

Syndicate Casino - Delayed Withdrawal

On the 4/12 I performed a withdrawal to Credit card of 1500.15. After a few days, I received saying it was approved. I waited for my funds nothing. After having to contact this casino I had to submit my bank statements to prove I had not received the payment which I submitted.
It is now the 15/12 and I am still getting the same stock standard responses that the relevant department is working on it......not getting anywhere

Syndicate Casino - Waiting too long for my withdrawal

I made a withdrawal of $150 on the 22/10 the withdrawal was reversed back to my syndicate account on the 30/10 and I was told there was a tec issue and I would have to withdraw it again so I did on the same day it has now been a week again and still hasn’t been paid I get told to wait but not what the problem is Just that it could be a problem with the payment provider or the bank but they don’t know I just want to know that my withdrawal will be paid and when
