Swift Casino - Dishonest company withholding 22 pounds
I joined Swift casino on 7/12 and completely all verification (drivers licence, proof of address etc)
When using new casinos I a) make deposits only using ewallet (Apple Pay or PayPal) and b) ask for a small withdrawal… I do this until I deem the site as trustworthy.
On 7/12 I asked for a 22 pounds withdrawal. Two weeks later I got in touch to ask where it was and was told Apple Pay had rejected their attempts and to proceed they need my personal private bank details.
A quick conversation with my bank manager was had, and he STRONGLY advised against giving this non uk company this info. He said I would be leaving myself open to fraud/identity theft when joined with the documents they already held of mine (photo id and proof of address)
Apple Pay have no record of Swift casino ever making an attempt to withdraw money to my account.
According to Swift casinos own terms and conditions, and moneys which cannot be withdrew will be returned to the players account after 30 days. On day 41 it was returned to my account.
I tried to withdraw again. Once again they tell me they cannot withdraw to my ewallet, that I can only withdraw once they have the private banking information.
Luckily, it’s only cost me 20 pounds to learn this lesson. Unfortunately I have read of others who have lost thousands to this scam site.
