Swift Casino - Cannot Withdraw My Money, cannot understand what to do
I have deposit £1500 and then I try to bet but was not allowed and instructed me to contact their Live Chat (Safe Gambling Team). They went through lots of questions and then set up a limit of £1000 to my account where the extra £500 they say will refund back to me. It seems all ok to me at that time. Then I start playing and won £2769.00 which made my account to have a balance of £3769.59 and I was going to withdraw some part of the money but then it ask me to uploaded the Proof of Identity + Debit Card which was used to deposit the funds ….
A verification email was sent which said that my documents are accepted and verification is confirmed. Then I proceed to withdrawal funds again but this time it shows another error that ‘there is an active bonus or a bonus to claim that prevents to withdrawal process. You can withdraw if you cancel the bonus(es)’ but there is no place where you can do that and the bonus which is showing is £0.01 which I never agreed to accept. It’s really frustrating as they are holding altogether £500 + £3769.59 and no one is responding on their Live Chat or Emails. Really afraid to use them again.
