I withdrew funds 3 days ago to the amount of 250€, I still haven’t received anything not even an email to confirm my identity. I went on to the chat and they advised I send my details to the finance email which I did but still no response. I understand this may take up to 5 business days however I haven’t heard anything at all in 3 business days.
