The withdrawal in the amount of €400 is not being processed

This is the second time I am facing such an issue in my life , previous one was solved after 2 weeks of waiting .
This time the issue is with Spinsbro.com casino.
Kyc is little complicated hopefully it will be completed soon by their side as according to the site my account is already activated . I was given 100% welcome bonus automatic with my deposit of 50€. Bonus wasn’t even touched and I had already profit in my account so I asked support whether it was possible to cancel it without wagering it which they declined saying I have to go through the wagering or the money will be lost. I completed the wagering of 3500€ as per requirement and had a max win of 4500€ ( 3900 € clear money after wagering are now in my account ) yet not even the first 400€ proceeded with withdrawal. Definetelly not 0-1 hours as claimed for an e wallet ( Skrill ) withdrawal . My emails do not get replied anymore , and live chat always tells me to contact their support on [email protected]

I am hoping to receive my money soon.

PS. Suddenly there is a surprisingly increasing number of people commenting positively regarding that casino the last 48 hours.

I would like to write a whole review about Spinsbro casino but unluckily every time I try to post it I am getting captcha error.

Spinsbro casino i can’t accept that this dispute is completed in your favor. Your site claims that withdrawal has a limit of 400€ per day.
I received all my money that I won on 7th March in a period of 23 days. The last 400€ I received on Thursday 30th March. This isn’t schedule and this is not even a way to treat your players.
400€ every Monday and Thursday just because your casino decides when to do payouts.
If it is just about the money , yes I have finally received it but all people in this forum deserve to know the unfair way you are treating your players and that’s my 2 cents.

First, we are really sorry for answer delay.

This complaint was created by the player due to the fact that he was not paid the first amount put for withdrawal (400 euros). We apologized on behalf of the finance team and KYC department and reported that the first payment was made, as well as the next one.

Also, the player was informed that all his next payments will be made according to an individual schedule and, as far as I know, everything has already been paid out. At the moment, the player has 0 euros to withdraw. I think that this complaint should be closed in favor of our brand.

Withdrawal pending for nearly a week

I have three pending withdrawals for a total amount of 750 euros - one for 400 euros (pending for 6 days) and two others for 150 and 200 euros pending for 5 days - the total amount is 750 euros pending.

I uploaded my ID through their website 6 days ago - the only thing their KYC tab required - and it’s still not checked.

Their support is useless and doesn’t handle withdrawal or verification questions. They told me to write an email to their kyc/finance team - well, I did write to them and have received no response! After I went back to demand an update on chat, they closed it and disabled my option to request a live chat!!! Atrocious treatment! Zero communication from this casino and zero updates on my funds - they are obviously delaying with the hope I cancel and play down the funds.

Their terms say 3 business days to process - we’re past this now.

I just want my money, which I won fair and square - no bonuses used or claimed at any point. It’s the worst experience in a casino I’ve ever had, and I now fear they’re scammers who will never pay my funds.

Help me out, please. I just want my money and to close the account afterwards.

To answer your questions:

1. Yes, I read the terms, and they are currently breaching them. Holding people’s money hostage for nearly a week is disgusting. How on Earth do they have an 8.9 rating?!

2. No, because they refuse to check my ID or communicate to me what exactly is needed!!!!

3. I have never claimed or used a bonus with them.
