Hi there,

I am attempting to withdraw 2800 CAD dollars from this casino. It has been over a week now and they continually deny my withdrawals without a reason. They simply state that it has been declined and to try again and it will work. But when I try again it gets cancelled again.

The casino only allows withdrawals in increments of 400 CAD once per day.

I have emailed their support about a week ago and still no response. I've tried emailing them multiple times. I tried using chat support and they keep saying to use email support. No one will give me any answers.

All I want is to withdraw my 2800 CAD and delete my account.

Please help me if you can. Thank you!

Instead of taking time to check with the team, perhaps you could just let me withdraw my money. I've already waited weeks and I am very frustrated with this issue now.

Our employee felt that due to your "activity" on our project, you need to set up an individual payment schedule; a situation arose in which we were forced to cancel your payments since they were no longer possible to carry out due to technical features.

Firstly, we will have a conversation with our employee so that this does not happen again. Secondly, since we won’t be able to fix the integration quickly, you will still have to periodically log into your account and make payments until the balance is completely withdrawn. Today we will be able to make two payments at once, however, we will have to cancel one, and you will have to submit requests again.

Thank you very much. Hopefully this resolves the issue. Until all of this money is withdrawn, my issue will still be outstanding, but hopefully you are correct and I will be able to withdraw now.
