Waiting for my money over 3 month now

Hi AskGamblers,

My withdrawal request from 25.03 has status completed. Unfortunately - I still do not have the money.

The owners are constantly inventing new reasons for the delay. 3 times I sent documents confirming the ownership of the account. The last answer I got - the matter will be settled as soon as it is possible.

Unfortunately, another 2 weeks passed and I have neither any new information nor my money.
