I played at slottyway recently and won 400 euros and then i tried to withdraw, had to go through verification which i understand.

But once i submitted everything ID address bank account, jeton account and card they still have declined my withdrawal 5 times now

They have blamed it on technical errors and that my proof have bad quality which it did not have.

Now they have suspended me from withdrawing my funds.

I have 500 euros now in slottyway which i cant withdraw and im starting to worry i wont see the money ever.

I ask for a solution and the funds being withdrawn into my account Asap.
