Ok so I wish to make a complaint against Slotsmillion casion in regards to 3 seperate withdrawals I made late last year which are numbered and dated in the attached files.
With no contact number to talk to anyone to make things easier I'm required to send email after email only to be told buy operators that there has been a delay over the Xmas break with withdrawals and my money will be hitting my account soon.
This is the response I receive whenever I email them and it's been going on for weeks now.
Sometimes taking up to 2 days just to hear a response from them.
My first approved withdrawal was on the 21/12/2018 and the last was on 31/12/2018.
All withdrawals have been approved and slotsmillion issued me proof of these dates and transaction numbers.
All my documents have been send in and fully approved as shown in the attached files
I really need this quickly resolved and my money to reach me.
