Failure to communicate verification requirements at reasonable times
I registered with SlotsMillion Casino on June 1 2022, deposited CAD $200 and hit a win. Soon after completing my wagering requirements I proceeded to withdraw for the amount of $937.50 on the same day (June 1).
After this Slotsmillion continued to ask for different verification documents including Proof of Interac Deposit (June 7 2022), Phone Validation (June 18 2022), bank statements (July 6, 2022), Second Proof of Identity (July 8, 2022), and Proof of Main Source of Income (July 15, 2022) which should only be required as per the MGA if the deposits reach the amount of $2000.
This lack of willingness to payout the amount required by the Casino after providing all documents in a timely manner and to the exact specifications listed in the numerous requests sent by the casino, and the outrageous request of proof of income 6 weeks following the withdrawal is the foundation of why I'm requesting help from you guys over this transaction.
