I have been using this casino for a number of months now and have submitted bank details , debit card , proof of address and was fully verified. I withdrew a measly £130 last Friday to my usual payment method and I am being asked to confirm my skrill account. Which by the way I have never withdrawn too ever. I have now sent the skrill account screenshot. Now they are asking for bank statement , which I have now submitted yet the withdrawal is still pending. I have the full email trail and I can provide proof via screenshot of my deposits and withdrawals along with the documents that I have submitted. I did not use a bonus or go against any of their terms and conditions

I can confirm the funds have now been processed. Don't know why it had to take a complaint being logged for this to be done. Thanks AskGamblers for the support.
